Job summary

You will partner with HR leadership to translate business needs into actionable solutions and ensure successful project delivery.

You will gather requirements, lead UAT and testing, and collaborate with HRIS and IT teams to implement scalable Workday changes that improve HR processes and outcomes.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of Business Analyst experience, preferably supporting HR systems.
• Hands-on experience with Workday (implementation, support, or enhancements).
• Proven ability to partner with HR stakeholders and drive project deliverables.
• Strong understanding of SDLC (Agile/Waterfall).
• Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary liaison between IT and HR for Workday initiatives
• Gather and translate business requirements into functional solutions
• Drive Workday projects, enhancements, and integrations
