Qualifications

• Minimum three years in a human resources environment with Workday experience preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook with strong data handling.
• Excellent English communication, both written and verbal.

Responsibilities

• Enter transactions and data in Workday or other systems accurately and in the required format.
• Serve as point of contact for employees and HRIS/plant leaders on Workday data questions.
• Research and resolve data input discrepancies; escalate unresolved issues.
• Gather data for HR and Operations metrics reporting and distribute timely.
• Maintain compliance with safety policies and confidentiality requirements.
• Provide training on Workday functionality as needed.
