Job summary

Wayne-Sanderson Farms is seeking an HR Data Specialist to enter transactions in the Workday HCM system and generate required departmental reports. You will collaborate with HR and Operations to track metrics such as absenteeism, turnover, and referrals.

Responsibilities include data validation, training for supervisors on Workday, I-9 and WOTC processing, and supporting process improvements while maintaining strict confidentiality in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum three years in a human resources environment.
• Experience with HCM systems such as Workday preferred.
• Strong communication in English, verbal and written.

Responsibilities

• Enter data and transactions in Workday or other databases accurately.
• Provide required HR/Operations metrics reporting and tracking.
• Train supervisors and managers on Workday functionality.
• Validate I-9 and complete WOTC processing for new hires.
• Support process improvements and maintain confidentiality.
