Intercity Transit in Olympia, WA seeks an ERP HCM Senior Business Analyst to lead Workday administration and HR technology optimization. You will partner with HR, IS, and Finance to streamline HR processes, improve data quality, and expand reporting across the enterprise.

The role requires deep Workday HRIS experience, strong analytical skills, and the ability to translate complex HR requirements into scalable solutions. Hybrid work schedule with in-office collaboration three days a week.

Qualifications

• 3 years of direct Workday HRIS administration experience or equivalent ERP HRIS experience.
• Ability to translate HR needs into scalable Workday solutions.
• Workday certification within 6 months preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead Workday administration including configuration, security, integrations and testing.
• Manage Workday releases, updates, and impact analysis for HR processes.
• Develop, maintain, and expand Workday reports and dashboards.
