Placer County is seeking a Senior ERP Analyst to support the Workday application, specializing in either financial or HR/payroll and time tracking modules. You will plan, organize, and direct ERP analysts to translate business requirements into workable solutions.

The role offers a flexible hybrid schedule with in-office collaboration and remote work. The eligible list may be used for future vacancies, and candidates should have strong analytical, testing, and stakeholder-management skills.

Formación

• Two years of experience performing duties similar to an ERP Analyst II.
• Bachelor's degree in business administration, public administration, accounting, finance, HR, CS, or related field.
• May substitute relevant experience for the required education; evaluation by HR will determine equivalence.

Responsabilidades

• Analyze complex business processes and configure, implement, and test the ERP system.
• Serve as liaison between departments, analysts, IT staff, and vendors to analyze, design, configure, test, and maintain the ERP system.
• Perform the most complex system testing and troubleshoot issues; coordinate with IT staff and vendors as needed.
• Coordinate and review new functional requirements and enhancements to ERP functionality.
• Plan, prioritize, supervise, and review the work of assigned staff; develop training and performance evaluations.
