Job summary

Truman Medical Centers seeks an HRIS Business Process & Reporting Lead to optimize HR workflows, enhance Workday functionality, and deliver actionable data. The role partners with HR leaders, Payroll, IT, and HRIS experts to drive efficiency and data integrity in a hybrid KC Metro environment.

The candidate will lead system enhancements, develop reports, and train users while advocating best practices and continuous improvement across HR operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or equivalent.
• 5+ years supporting HR business processes and HR technology systems.
• Experience with Workday.
• Strong understanding of HR operations and employee data management.
• Experience identifying problems, creating solutions, and implementing improvements.
• Analytical, organized, detail-oriented.
• Excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
• Ability to learn new technologies quickly.

Responsibilities

• Lead initiatives to evaluate, improve, and streamline HR processes through technology and automation.
• Collaborate with HRIS Director and Solutions Architect on enhancements and workflows.
• Work with Payroll to improve HR/payroll processes and reduce manual work.
• Serve as SME across HR disciplines for Workday enhancements, testing, and documentation.
• Analyze business needs and recommend system solutions to improve operations.
• Develop and maintain HR reports and dashboards using Workday tools.
• Perform routine data audits and improve data quality and reporting accuracy.
• Provide guidance and excellent customer service to HR system users.
• Design training materials and learning resources related to Workday.
• Stay current on Workday capabilities and HR technology trends.
