Job summary

KBP Brands is seeking an HR Technology Administrator to join the HR Technology team at our Leawood, KS home office. The role is the primary Paradox system owner and will also handle transactional Workday support, data corrections, and audits.

Initially in-office for six months, with hybrid eligibility thereafter in the Kansas City metro area. Ideal candidates have 2–3 years in HR technology, with hands-on ATS/HRIS experience and a customer-service mindset.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 2–3 years of experience in HR technology or system support.
• Hands-on experience administering an ATS/HRIS platform, not just end-user use.
• Experience with Paradox, Olivia, or similar tools is a plus.
• Workday Core experience beneficial but not required; focus on admin/support rather than configuration.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary system administrator for Paradox, managing configurations and access.
• Coordinate monthly Paradox updates and deployments.
• Act as HR technology help desk lead, troubleshoot system issues.
• Administer routine Workday transactions: term processing, data corrections, audits.
• Build Paradox reporting dashboards on recruiting and candidate engagement.
• Provide ad hoc admin support across HR tech stack.
• Maintain data governance and security for employee data.
