Job summary

Office of Management and Enterprise Services (OMES) seeks an HCM Project Manager to lead Workday and related HCM initiatives. You will coordinate planning, execution, testing, and post-production support in a collaborative, office-based environment.

The role emphasizes scheduling, documentation, stakeholder communication, and alignment with enterprise teams. Qualifications include experience with Workday and Agile methods, plus a relevant associate degree and cross-functional experience.

Qualifications

Two years of experience supporting projects, programs, or HR/IT operations.
Experience with Workday or other enterprise HCM/HRIS platforms preferred.
Familiarity with Agile/Scrum project methodologies and cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

Assist planning, coordination, and execution of Workday/HCM projects from initiation to closeout.
Maintain and update project schedules, logs, risk/issue registers, and status reports.
Coordinate meetings, prepare agendas, document decisions and follow-up actions.
Collaborate with Workday functional/technical teams to align activities and dependencies.
Support requirements gathering, testing coordination, and post-production activities.
