Responsibilities

• Oversee post-go-live activities and track project issues and risks.
• Coordinate with Workday teams and stakeholders to maintain project plans.
• Monitor tasks, milestones, and deliverables against the project plan.
• Support progress of the next ERP phase and alignment with Phase 2 PM.
• Evaluate deliverables for completeness, quality, and acceptance.
• Create and monitor risk and issue logs.
• Provide regular status updates to governance committees and stakeholders.
• Collaborate with HR, Finance, technical teams and business stakeholders.

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced ERP Workday Project Manager to oversee post-go-live activities for an enterprise Human Capital Management (HCM) implementation and support the continued progress of the next phase of the ERP project. The role will focus on managing project activities, tracking issues and risks, coordinating resolutions, monitoring deliverables, and ensuring project milestones are achieved. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience managing large-scale Workday and ERP implementations, along with strong HR and Finance domain knowledge.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee post-go-live activities and ensure effective tracking and resolution of project issues and problems.
• Coordinate with Workday teams and project stakeholders to develop and maintain project plans.
• Monitor project tasks, schedules, milestones, and deliverables against the approved project plan.
• Support the continued progress and coordination of the next phase of the ERP implementation.
• Evaluate project deliverables for completeness, quality, and acceptance.
• Create, maintain, and monitor project risk and issue logs.
• Coordinate with the Phase 2 Finance Project Manager to ensure alignment and timely project execution.
• Provide regular project status updates to governance committees and key stakeholders.
• Collaborate with HR, Finance, technical teams, and business stakeholders to address project requirements and challenges.
• Identify project risks, track dependencies, and facilitate timely issue resolution.

Required Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years of IT project management experience.
• Minimum 10 years of ERP implementation experience.
• Minimum 5 years of successful Workday implementation project management experience.
• Minimum 5 years of experience managing large-scale, enterprise-wide projects.
• Demonstrated experience managing Workday implementation and post-go-live activities.
• Strong knowledge of HR and Finance business processes.
• Proficiency with project management tools, methodologies, and reporting practices.
• Experience developing project plans, monitoring deliverables, and managing risks and issues.
• Excellent communication, leadership, stakeholder management, and organizational skills.

Certifications

• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification required, with demonstrated project management experience.
