State of Oklahoma—Office of Management and Enterprise Services (OMES) is seeking an HCM Project Manager to lead Workday and HCM initiatives in a full-time, in-office role. You will plan, coordinate, and execute projects, develop schedules, manage risks, and ensure quality documentation across stakeholder teams.

Responsibilities include coordinating meetings, tracking milestones, and supporting post-production activities.

Qualifikationen

• Two years of experience supporting projects, programs, business operations, HCM, HRIS, IT, or related discipline.
• Experience with Workday is preferred.
• Associate degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Information Technology, Project Management, Public Administration, or a related field; equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered.

Aufgaben

• Assist with planning, coordination, and execution of Workday and HCM projects from initiation through implementation and closeout.
• Develop and maintain project schedules, action-item logs, risk and issue logs, project documentation, and status reports.
• Coordinate project meetings, including preparing agendas, documenting decisions, and tracking follow-up actions.
• Partner with Workday functional and technical teams to coordinate project activities and dependencies.
• Assist with requirements gathering, project planning, testing coordination, implementation activities, and post-production support.
• Track project milestones, deliverables, dependencies, risks, issues, and decisions.
• Escalate project risks, issues, and barriers to appropriate project leadership.
• Assist in coordinating communication between project stakeholders, functional teams, technical teams, agency representatives, and vendors.
• Assist with testing coordination, including planning, scheduling, defect tracking, and status reporting.
• Maintain accurate project documentation and ensure project artifacts are organized and accessible.
• Participate in Agile, Scrum, or other project delivery methodologies as appropriate.
• Assist in monitoring project scope, timelines, resources, and deliverables.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of project management processes, tools, and standards.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.
