Ryan Companies Inc. is seeking an HR Technology Manager to drive the Workday HCM program, coordinating with HR, Payroll, IT, and Finance to align technology with business needs.

The role requires strong project management and in-depth Workday expertise. The position is hybrid in Minneapolis, with opportunities to optimize HRIS data, automate processes, and improve user experience while ensuring compliance with payroll regulations.

Formación

• Proven Workday implementation experience (HCM, payroll, absences, time tracking, benefits).
• Strong HR process knowledge including payroll, benefits, and talent management.

Responsabilidades

• Manage planning, execution, and delivery of Workday HCM implementation and upgrades.
• Monitor system performance, enhancements, integrations, and provide updates.
• Identify risks, issues, and dependencies affecting program success.
• Facilitate collaboration among HR, Payroll, IT, Finance and vendors as main stakeholder contact.
• Lead optimization initiatives for integration, automation, and user experience.
