• 5+ years of proven Workday experience incl payroll, absence, time tracking and benefits.
• Strong HR process knowledge across payroll, benefits and talent management.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities with data-driven decisions.
• Strong communication skills with leadership and stakeholders.
