You will manage planning, execution, and upgrades while monitoring performance and mitigating risks.

The role requires strong project management, deep HCM knowledge, and effective stakeholder communication to drive continuous improvement across systems and processes.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of proven experience with Workday
• Strong knowledge of HR processes including payroll, benefits administration and talent management
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills
• Excellent communication skills at all levels of an organization
• Highest level of accuracy and attention to detail in managing HRIS and payroll data

Responsibilities

• Manage the planning, execution, and delivery of Workday HCM system implementation and upgrades
• Monitor system performance, functionality, enhancement and integrations
• Identify and mitigate risks, issues, and dependencies that may impact the program's success
• Facilitate collaboration and act as the main point of contact among stakeholders
• Ensure alignment of system configuration and business processes with stakeholder needs
• Lead initiatives to improve system integration, automation, and user experience
