Job summary

Guidehouse seeks a Workday HCM Training Consultant to design and deliver training for implementing Workday HCM solutions in Federal environments, with the ability to obtain Top Secret/SCI clearance. The role requires 5+ years of training development and delivery across modalities.

Qualifications

• Must be able to OBTAIN and MAINTAIN a Federal or DoD “TOP SECRET/SCI” with a COUNTERINTELLIGENCE (CI) polygraph security clearance; candidates must obtain approved adjudication of clearance prior to onboarding with Guidehouse.
• Bachelor’s degree required.
• FIVE (5) or more years of experience developing and delivering training using multiple modalities.

Responsibilities

• From initial training needs assessments to developing and delivering training, you’ll equip organizations with training knowledge, resources and support to deploy Workday HCM solutions.
• Collaborate with technical specialists and subject matter experts to develop training strategies and materials.
• Develop documents that support the implementation of Workday HCM.
