Job summary

Guidehouse is seeking a Workday HCM Training Consultant to design and deliver training for Workday HCM deployments. You will collaborate with technical experts to analyze needs, develop objectives, and structure training content across modalities.

The role requires the ability to obtain and maintain a Top Secret/SCI clearance with CI polygraph, along with a bachelor’s degree and 5+ years in training development. Travel up to 10% and opportunity to work on federal government HCM projects.

Qualifications

• Must have 5+ years of experience developing and delivering training using multiple modalities.
• Strong written and verbal communication and project management skills.
• Proficiency with instructional design tools such as Articulate, Captivate or Storyline desirable.

Responsibilities

• Analyze training needs and identify design options for course development.
• Develop objectives, prerequisites, delivery methods and assessment strategies.
• Structure content and activities for target audiences and stakeholders.
