Job summary

TMS in Atlanta is seeking a Workday HCM - Compensation Lead to design, configure, and deliver compensation functionality for a higher education/government client. This role is hybrid, based in Atlanta with periodic travel as needed.

Ideal candidates have Workday HCM Compensation Certified and Advanced Compensation Certification, with experience leading ERP transformations in higher education. You will lead workshops, document requirements, transfer knowledge to client teams, and support testing

Qualifications

• Workday HCM Compensation Certified; Advanced Certification preferred.
• Experience with ERP transformations in higher education.
• Ability to design, configure and deliver Workday Compensation.

Responsibilities

• Lead design, configuration and delivery of Workday Compensation for higher education/government clients.
• Demonstrate Workday features to clients and document requirements and design decisions.
• Provide knowledge transfer to the client team and configure the software.
• Support testing and rollout; lead functional support team as required.

Note:

Hybrid at 270 Washington Street SW, Atlanta GA 30334 -1 - 2 weeks per quarter; most travel is to the Atlanta metro area, Athens, or Macon -Expenses covered-Airfare; per diem (following GSA rates); hotel; and taxi/rideshare or car rental

• Role provides functional knowledge of Workday, demonstrates software features to clients,

• provides knowledge transfer to the client team, configures the software,
• and supports testing and rollout. Responsible for functional support team members as required.

Role requires prior Workday experience.
