Job summary

People Consultancy Services (PCS) is seeking a Workday Compensation Functional Lead. This role is responsible for the design, configuration, and delivery of Workday Compensation for clients in the higher education and government sectors.

The ideal candidate must be Workday HCM Compensation Certified and have experience with ERP transformations. The position requires some travel to the Atlanta metro area, Athens, or Macon, approximately 1-2 weeks per quarter.

Qualifications

• Required Workday HCM Compensation certification.
• Experience with ERP transformations in Higher Education.
• Prior Workday experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead design, configuration, and delivery of Workday Compensation.
• Provide functional knowledge of Workday and demonstrate features to clients.
• Configure software and support testing and rollout.

Responsibilities

Functional area lead responsible for design, configuration, and delivery of Workday Compensation functional areas for higher education/government client.

Role provides functional knowledge of Workday, demonstrates software features to clients, documents requirements and design decisions, provides knowledge transfer to the client team, configures the software, and supports testing and rollout.

Responsible for functional support team members as required. Role requires prior Workday experience.
