Job summary

Accord Technologies Inc. in Atlanta, GA is seeking a Workday HCM - Payroll Lead to spearhead the payroll workstream for a higher education/government client.

You will design, configure, and deliver payroll solutions, provide functional Payroll knowledge, and guide the client team through requirements, design decisions, testing, and rollout.

This hybrid role requires W2 candidates with 12 months visa validity and travel as needed.

Responsibilities

• Provide functional Payroll knowledge, demonstrate features, document requirements and design decisions, transfer knowledge to the client team, and support testing and rollout.
• Manage Payroll support team members; prior Workday Payroll experience required.
• Deliverables include User Stories, End-to-End testing scenarios, and cutover planning with client communications.

• Team lead responsible for design, configuration, and delivery of Workday Payroll workstream for higher education/government client.
• Provides functional knowledge for Payroll, demonstrates software features to clients, documents requirements and design decisions, provides knowledge transfer to the client team, configures the software, and supports testing and rollout.
• Responsible for Payroll support team members. Role requires prior Workday Payroll experience.
• Expected Deliverable(s): User Stories; End-to-End testing scenarios; Payroll Compare planning and execution, including communications to the client on next steps to address gaps; input into the cutover plan
