Job description

• Participate in project and stakeholder alignment meetings
• Attend governance and status meetings
• Provide updates and escalate issues
• Review configuration that has been done so far and agreed upon - get familiar with the configuration
• Support E2E tenant setup
• Document business processes and requirements and configuration (what has been changed for End client, what has not been changed for End client)
• Provide information to Vendor for the creation of Low Level Design Documentation
• Help configure Workday modules - to ensure current End client business processes are not impacted or changed without HRIS review
• Prepare test scenarios and scripts
• Prepare test data for E2E - fake organizations, fake job requisitions, fake employess and more
• Support E2E and UAT
• Help troubleshoot issues and log defects
• Help validate data conversion and integrations
• Support E2E and UAT and obtain sign-off
• Any other tasks required, as directed by the Senior Analyst, to ensure the timely delivery of the project
• Workday HCM Core Functional consultant for the EDS business supported applications
