Job summary

Benefit Harbor is seeking a Workday Benefits Configuration Consultant to configure, build, test, and support Workday Benefits and HCM Core functionalities. The role focuses on translating requirements into accurate configurations and collaborating with clients, partners, and internal teams to ensure reliable benefit products and processes.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years of hands-on Workday experience, with Certification in Workday Benefits, and strong problem-solving and stakeholder

Qualifications

5+ years of hands-on Workday experience with Benefits configuration.
Strong understanding of benefits administration and benefit plan design.
Experience configuring workday benefits, eligibility, coverage, rates, deductions, and business processes.
Excellent communication with technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Responsibilities

Configure and maintain Workday Benefits and HCM Core functionality.
Build and configure benefit plans, programs, eligibility rules, coverage levels, rates, and deductions.
Translate business requirements into effective Workday configurations.
Conduct testing and troubleshoot defects with cross-functional teams.
Provide guidance to team members and manage multiple projects.
