Job summary

The Bachrach Group is seeking a Workday HCM Analyst in New York City for a permanent on-site role with a midtown non-profit client. You will work on implementing and maintaining Workday as the new ERP, ensuring successful deployment and ongoing administration of Workday HCM modules.

Responsibilities include design, configuration, testing, deployment, data conversion, and collaboration with stakeholders to meet organizational needs. NYC local candidates only will be considered.

Qualifications

• Experience with Workday HCM implementations.
• Experience with HR, Benefits, Absence, Time Tracking, Payroll, and Compensation modules.
• Strong MS Excel skills including complex formulas, data validation, pivot tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, and large data set analysis.
• Experience gathering requirements, configuring solutions and managing multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a key resource supporting design, configuration, testing, deployment and ongoing administration of Workday HCM.
• Participate in the initial Workday implementation to assist with design, configuration and implementation of Workday HCM modules and business processes.
• Support data conversion efforts into the new system and ensure configured solutions align with organizational policies and needs.
