Mission Staffing is connecting a well-known financial services client with experienced Workday Functional Analysts for a temp-to-perm opportunity in the United States. Candidates should have 3+ years of hands-on Workday experience in HCM, Financials, or Adaptive Planning, with either implementation or support experience.

Strong communication skills and a stable work history are essential. Remote options are available, with NYC-area candidates strongly preferred.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of hands-on Workday experience in HCM, Financials, or Adaptive Planning.
• Must have implemented or supported a Workday implementation.
• Financial services industry experience required for Financials and Adaptive Planning roles.
• HCM candidates from a variety of industries are welcome.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills; comfortable presenting to stakeholders.
• Stable work history with reputable organizations or consultancies.
• Workday certification is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Configure, support, and optimize Workday within your area of expertise (HCM, Financials, or Adaptive Planning).
• Partner with HR, Finance, and FP&A stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into Workday solutions.
• Support implementation activities, including design, testing, data validation, and go-live.
• Build and maintain Workday reports, business processes, and integrations.
• Troubleshoot issues and recommend process improvements.
• Serve as a polished, trusted point of contact for business stakeholders.
