Job summary

ROBOTIC PROCESS AUTOMATION LLC is seeking an experienced Workday Technical Analyst to lead deployments and optimize business processes across HR, IT, and finance. The role requires acting as the primary Workday SME and coordinating end-to-end deployment, testing, and go-live activities.

Strong cross-functional leadership and communication with executives are essential in this onsite Brooklyn-based position.

Qualifications

• 5+ years as a business analyst or functional lead with hands-on Workday experience.
• Proven experience in Workday implementation (HCM, Payroll, Finance, Time & Absence preferred).
• Strong cross-functional project leadership and stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

• Maintain documentation covering workflows, processes, and best practices for scalability.

Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced Workday Technical Analyst with strong expertise in Workday deployments and business process optimization. The ideal candidate will act as the primary liaison across HR, IT, and finance teams to support the full lifecycle of a Workday implementation and ongoing enhancement initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as the primary Workday SME for the organization.

Required Qualifications

• Solid understanding of HR, finance, and IT business processes.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to interface with executives and end-users.
• Ability to influence decisions, ensure accountability, and coordinate project teams.
• Must work onsite in Brooklyn, NY (Monday–Friday).

Preferred Skills

• Experience in post-go-live stabilization or enhancement cycles.
• Strong business process reengineering/documentation background.
• Knowledge of Workday reporting, integrations, or data conversion is a plus.

Additional Information

• Onsite role, Monday–Friday.
• Full benefits are offered upon permanent conversion.
• The position may convert to permanent after 3–6 months.
