GQR is seeking an experienced Workday Recruiter to join our team in NYC. You'll be responsible for recruiting Workday functional, technical, and project resources for both contract and permanent hiring.

Qualifications

• Proven experience recruiting Workday professionals, ideally from an agency or consulting background.
• Strong understanding of the Workday ecosystem and certification landscape.

Responsibilities

• Recruit Workday functional, technical, and project resources across contract and permanent positions.
• Support Workday implementations, upgrades, optimizations, and advisory projects.
• Own the full recruitment lifecycle: sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer management, and onboarding.
