Job summary

Tier4 Group is seeking a Workday Financials Technical Lead to oversee and optimize the Workday Financial Management platform. This role will partner closely with Finance, Accounting, and Technology teams to drive system enhancements, integrations, security, governance, and ongoing platform performance.

Responsibilities include owning the Workday Financials roadmap, configuring security, managing integrations (EIB, Studio, Core Connectors, REST/SOAP), leading testing and release cycles, and

Qualifications

• 5–10 years of experience supporting enterprise systems in Finance or Accounting.
• 3+ years leading Workday Financials projects/teams (Lead, Analyst, Product Owner or similar).
• Strong understanding of finance processes, controls, and governance.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the technical owner and SME for Workday Financial Management.
• Partner with Finance/Accounting to support operations and evolving requirements.
• Manage and prioritize the Workday Financials roadmap.
