Qualifications

• 5+ years supporting enterprise HRIS/HCM environments.
• 3+ years Workday HCM in a technical lead or senior analyst role.
• Experience supporting post-implementation Workday environments.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary technical expert and owner for Workday HCM.
• Design scalable data and integration solutions with HR/business teams.
• Lead architecture discussions and recommend best practices for Workday design.
• Manage system health, performance monitoring, and environment strategy.
• Evaluate and implement enhancements to support evolving business needs.
