Job summary

MetLife’s Global Technology team is seeking a Workday Financials E2E Lead to design, configure, and optimize Workday Financials across the enterprise as part of ERP Modernization. You will partner with business stakeholders and implementation partners to deliver scalable end-to-end solutions, support Go-Lives and drive continuous improvements.

The role requires 8+ years of finance tech experience, strong Workday expertise, and leadership.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in information systems, finance, accounting or business with 8+ years enterprise finance tech experience.
Deep expertise in Workday Financials across multiple modules.
Proven ability to partner with stakeholders and translate requirements into technology solutions.
Strong analytical, problem-solving and leadership skills.

Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end architecture, design, configuration and deployment across Workday Financials modules.
Collaborate with Finance, Accounting, Procurement to translate business needs into Workday capabilities.
Oversee configuration activities and provide guidance on design decisions and testing.
Mentor internal teams and promote Workday best practices.
Drive process improvements and automation across Workday ecosystem.
