UST is seeking a Workday Financials Sales Solution Architect to partner with Sales and clients, shaping solutions, delivering demos, and guiding hand-offs to delivery teams. Qualifications

• Current Workday Financials Partner Certification required.
• Professional experience in Pre-Sales / Sales Consulting preferred.
• Ability to work under pressure while managing multiple projects with tight deadlines.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsabilités

• Prep (configure), conduct and lead effective Workday solution demonstrations across multiple functional areas.
• Create new materials where needed.
• Develop and deliver product presentations, demonstrations, workshops and seminars to support sales or marketing.
• Partner with customer account teams to understand strategies and expand Workday footprint.
• Support client delivery to stay current in Workday knowledge and skills.
• Coordinate with product leads to reflect latest Workday releases in sales materials.
• Travel up to 50% as needed.
• Collaborate with delivery leaders to align sales with delivery practices.
• Use domain expertise to support billable customer work and train consultants.
• Lead discovery sessions and scope product solutions for statements of work.
• Facilitate client sales meetings as SME and partner with sales.
• Contribute to strategic discussions addressing opportunities and objections.
