Job summary

Accenture is seeking a Workday Financials P2P/S2P Lead in the United States. The role focuses on advisory delivery, rapid deployments, and transformations across payroll and cloud-based HR and financial management. You will work with clients to architect cohesive workstreams and coach teams through workshops and prototyping.

Travel may be required; you will apply Workday methodologies and lead client education while leveraging Accenture’s global Workday practice.

Qualifications

• Workday Partner Certification is required.
• Minimum of 3 years of consulting experience, most recently in a Consultant or similar level role.
• Minimum of 3 years of hands-on Workday Financials P2P or S2P experience.
• Minimum of 3 years of US and/or Global Financials Operations.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent (minimum 12 years) work experience; 6 years if only an Associates degree.

Responsibilities

• Identification of business requirements, functional design, process design (including scenario design, flow mapping), prototyping, testing, training, defining support procedures.
• Lead workshops for client education.
• Conduct working sessions with clients to gather, understand, and analyze business requirements.
• Support the Financials Lead in architecting Workday P2P/S2P solutions to ensure cohesion across work streams.
• Advise clients on industry standards and leading practices.
• Demonstrate design options through prototyping.
• Understand and apply Workday and Accenture methodologies.
