Qualifications

• Workday Financials Partner Certification
• Minimum of 3 years of consulting experience
• Minimum of 3 years of hands on Workday Financials P2P or S2P experience
• Minimum of 3 years of US and/or Global Financials Operations
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent (minimum 12 years) work experience or 6 years with Associates Degree

Responsibilities

• Identify business requirements, perform functional design, process design, prototyping, testing and training
• Lead workshops for client education
• Conduct working sessions with clients to gather and analyze business requirements
• Support the Financials Lead in architecting Workday P2P/S2P solutions across streams
• Advise clients on industry standards and leading practices
• Demonstrate design options via prototyping
• Apply Workday and Accenture methodologies
