Job summary

Kognitiv Inc. seeks an Associate Workday Financials Manager to lead delivery for a portfolio of Workday Finance clients in a hybrid role. You will blend client management with consulting, guiding scope, timelines, and budgets while ensuring client satisfaction across global engagements.

You will mentor teammates, configure Workday Financials, and ensure timely delivery with high quality. This role requires strong communication, ownership, and a proactive, client-focused approach.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of Workday Finance experience in customer-facing roles such as consulting or project/program management.
• Deep knowledge of Workday Core Financials/Security/Reporting and at least one additional module (Procurement, Suppliers, Expenses, Projects, etc).

Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of Workday Finance clients.
• Scope, estimate, plan, and manage deliverables and timelines for clients' projects.
• Drive successful delivery of projects in partnership with consultants and/or project managers.
• Provide guidance, instruction, direction, and coaching to team members to ensure timely and quality execution.
• Ensure strong client relationships and that Kognitiv is seen as a valuable partner.
• Measure and address client satisfaction; address escalations promptly.
• Implement and configure Workday solutions for a global customer base.
• Design, configure, test, and deploy Workday Financials requirements across multiple clients.
• Mentor and coach junior team members; support training and development.
• Meet KPIs such as utilization, SLAs, and customer satisfaction.
