The Associate Workday Financials Manager role blends client management with consulting, overseeing a portfolio of Finance projects and ensuring delivery excellence across multiple clients. You will scope, estimate, plan, and guide project work, coach team members, and build trusted relationships with stakeholders.

Qualifications

4+ years of Workday Finance experience in customer facing roles such as consulting or project management.
Deep knowledge of Workday Core Financials/Security/Reporting and at least one additional module.
Ability to handle multiple parallel projects in both supporting and leadership roles.
Strong client focus with ability to understand client needs and build relationships.
Proficiency in project management methodologies, change management, and tools.
Experience implementing business solutions under deadlines with high attention to detail.

Responsibilities

Manage a portfolio of Workday Finance clients.
Scope, estimate, plan, and manage deliverables and timelines for clients’ projects.
Drive successful delivery of projects with consultants and project managers.
Provide guidance, instruction, and coaching to team members for timely, quality execution.
Ensure strong client relationships and view Kognitiv as a valuable partner.
Monitor client satisfaction and address escalations promptly.
Implement and configure Workday solutions for a global client base.
Assist management in coaching and developing consultants.
