Kognitiv Inc. is seeking a Workday Benefits Consultant to join our Implementation & Advisory team in the United States.

You will lead end-to-end Workday Benefits deployments, partnering with executives to translate business needs into scalable HR designs and transformations. You will architect complex benefit rules and enrollment processes, shape deployment roadmaps, and ensure long-term value delivery for clients.

Qualifications

• Hands-on expertise leading Workday Benefits implementations from foundation building through cutover and launch.
• Exceptional consulting capability to challenge legacy processes, guide decision-making, and present clear strategic roadmaps to C-suite leadership.
• Proven track record of designing scalable, clean-sheet architectures and executing complex structural overhauls.
• Ability to lead discovery sessions, manage scope, and drive consensus across multi-disciplinary client teams.

Responsibilities

• End-to-End Implementation: Lead full-lifecycle Workday Benefits deployments from initial scoping and discovery through go-live and hypercare.
• Strategic Advisory & Redesign: Partner with executive stakeholders to translate complex business requirements into scalable design decisions, operating model alignments, and HR transformations.
• Architecture & Lead Design: Drive foundation building—architecting intricate calculation tags, complex benefit groups, and automated enrollment rules built to scale.
• Roadmap & Feature Adoption: Guide clients on strategic deployment roadmaps, evaluating release capabilities to ensure long-term value creation.
