You will design, configure, and implement business requirements, conduct client sessions, and ensure high client satisfaction through skilled guidance and knowledge transfer.

Qualifications

• 3+ years' experience leading Workday implementations or AMS services.
• Experience configuring Workday Payroll and Security; building reports and dashboards.
• Excellent verbal and written communication; comfortable in a remote environment.
• Ability to travel up to 5% as needed.

Responsibilities

• Design, configure, test, and implement client requirements in Workday Payroll modules.
• Lead client sessions to gather and analyze business requirements and propose solutions.
• Provide post-production support and knowledge transfer to clients.
• Collaborate with remote teams to deliver value and maintain client satisfaction.
• Troubleshoot configuration, data, and business logic; ensure timely deliverables.
