Job summary

Acrisure is seeking a Project Manager, Finance Systems Delivery to guide Workday Financials implementations and optimization initiatives. You will partner with Finance, IT, and business leaders to ensure compliant, scalable solutions while driving adoption and stakeholder readiness across the organization.

Reporting to the VP of Financial Systems Delivery, this role covers planning, design, deployment, and stabilization, with emphasis on change management and risk mitigation for enterprise-wide

Qualifications

• Solid understanding of core financial processes: GL, AP/AR, cash management, procurement
• Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced, acquisition-driven environment
• Strong written and verbal communication to both technical and business audiences
• Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building skills for collaboration
• Mature problem-solving and decision-making with proactive risk mitigation
• Strong time-management skills and meeting deadlines with competing priorities

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end Workday Financials implementation from planning through deployment and hypercare
• Develop and maintain detailed project plans, budgets, scope, milestones, and resources
• Coordinate with stakeholders and steering committees; prepare updates and executive presentations
• Manage data migration and integration workstreams with upstream/downstream systems
• Incorporate Change Management activities: communications, training, stakeholder engagement
• Lead testing (unit, system, integration, UAT) and ensure readiness for production go-live
• Plan cutover, go-live, and hypercare; monitor risks and issues through RAID logs
• Embed compliance and internal controls in design to meet audit requirements
• Support user adoption and continuous improvements in finance systems
