Job summary

Acrisure, a global fintech leader, seeks a Lead Integration Architect for Finance Systems Automation to guide Workday integrations across HR, finance, and other enterprise systems. You will combine technical expertise with strategic leadership to ensure seamless data flow and interoperable platforms.

You will design scalable integrations using Workday Studio, EIB, and Core Connectors, mentor junior staff, and partner with IT, HR, and vendors to align integration strategies with business goals.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Workday Studio, EIB, Web Services (SOAP/REST), and XML/XSLT.
• Strong cross-functional understanding of Workday HCM, Financials, and related modules.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to convey complex messages clearly and tactfully.
• Familiarity with SDLC, testing processes, and change management.
• Experience designing and documenting software integration solutions.
• Proficient with SQL Developer and integration architecture best practices.
• Familiarity with 3rd party integration tools like Mulesoft or Jitterbit.
• Workday certification in Integration or Studio is preferred.
• Independent worker with strong teamwork and deadline discipline.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end Workday integration projects including implementations, upgrades, and enhancements.
• Design scalable, compliant Workday integrations using Studio, EIB, and Core Connectors.
• Collaborate with HR, Finance, IT and vendors to align integration strategies.
• Mentor junior consultants and developers to ensure high-quality delivery.
• Oversee project planning, budgeting, and staffing for integrations.
• Diagnose issues, optimize performance, and ensure data accuracy across systems.
• Develop and maintain system integrations, including API-based and file-transfer integrations.
