Acrisure is seeking a Lead Integration Architect for Finance Systems Automation to design, implement, and govern Workday integrations across HR, finance and enterprise systems.

You will lead end-to-end projects, mentor teams, and ensure scalable, secure data flows while collaborating with HR, IT, and vendors. On-site presence in Dallas is expected, with a strong emphasis on SDLC governance and best practices.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in IT, Business Admin, Accounting or Finance.
• 7–10 years of experience with integration platforms.
• Experience with middleware platforms and API management.
• Experience in consulting or large-scale enterprise implementations.
• ERP/HCM/EPM software experience.
• XML and Java/.Net development experience.
• Knowledge of structured release and deployment practices.
• Experience writing Web Services (REST/SOAP) and fault-tolerant code.

Responsabilidades

• Lead end-to-end Workday integrations for HR, finance, and enterprise systems.
• Design scalable, compliant Workday integrations using Studio, EIB, cores.
• Collaborate with HR, Finance, IT, and vendors to align strategies.
• Mentor junior consultants and developers to ensure quality.
• Manage project planning, budgeting, and staffing for integrations.
• Troubleshoot and optimize data flow and system interoperability.
• Document integration designs and implement across platforms.
