Job summary

Acrisure seeks a Project Manager, Finance Systems Delivery to lead enterprise Workday Financials implementations in Grand Rapids. You will partner with Finance, IT and business leaders to ensure delivery from planning through stabilization, driving adoption and change management across the organization.

The role requires 5–8 years managing ERP/financial system initiatives, with Workday Financials experience preferred.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in a related field and 5–8 years managing ERP or large-scale financial systems initiatives.
Experience leading ERP projects and integrating change management (communications, training, stakeholder engagement).
Workday Financials implementation experience strongly preferred (or Oracle/SAP).
Strong written and verbal communication for technical and business audiences.

Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end Workday Financials implementations from planning to deployment and hypercare.
Maintain detailed project plans, budgets, milestones, and resource assignments.
Coordinate with stakeholders, and prepare concise status reports and executive updates.
Direct data migration and integration workstreams with secure data movement.
Incorporate change management with training and adoption plans.
Ensure compliance, controls, and readiness for production deployment.
