Job summary

Acrisure is seeking a Lead Integration Architect, Finance Systems Automation to design, develop and deploy Workday integrations across HR, finance and enterprise systems. You will blend deep technical expertise with strategic leadership to ensure seamless data flow and system interoperability.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Workday Studio, EIB, Web Services (SOAP/REST), and XML/XSLT.
• Strong cross-functional understanding of Workday HCM, Financials, and related modules.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Familiarity with a change management process, SDLC and testing processes.
• Demonstrated ability to design and document software integration solutions.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end integration scope for Workday implementations, upgrades, and enhancements.
• Architect scalable Workday integrations using tools like Workday Studio, EIB, Core Connectors.
• Collaborate with HR, Finance, IT, and vendors to align integration strategies with goals.
• Mentor and coach junior consultants and developers to ensure quality delivery.
• Lead project planning, budgeting, and staffing decisions for integrations.
• Diagnose integration issues, optimize performance, and ensure data accuracy.
• Document design and maintain reusable integration components and APIs.
• Work with business users to understand specifications and ensure accurate implementation.
