Job summary

Acrisure is seeking a Lead Workday Integration Architect to drive design, development, and deployment of Workday integrations across HR, finance, and enterprise systems. This role blends technical expertise with strategic leadership to ensure seamless data flow and system interoperability.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT, Business Administration, Accounting or Finance.
• 7–10 years of experience with integration platforms.
• Experience with middleware platforms and API management.
• Experience in large-scale ERP/HCM/Finance implementations.
• Experience with XML, and Java or .NET, plus web services.
• Workday certification in Integration or Studio (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end Workday integration scope for implementations and upgrades.
• Design scalable, compliant Workday integrations using Studio, EIB, Core Connectors.
• Collaborate with HR, Finance, IT and vendors to align integration strategies.
• Mentor junior consultants and developers to ensure quality delivery.
• Oversee project planning, budgeting, and staffing for integrations.
