Acrisure is seeking an Accounting Systems Manager – Workday Finance to lead the administration and strategic direction of the company’s financial systems, focusing on Workday Finance. Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, information systems, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in Accounting, Finance, or Financial Systems roles.
• Direct experience with Workday Finance in a systems configuration, or functional analyst capacity.
• Experience with ERP or financial systems (e.g., Workday, SAP, Oracle, NetSuite).
• Familiarity with financial statements and core accounting principles.

Responsibilities

• Lead the administration, configuration, and governance of Workday Finance, including security and business process frameworks.
• Serve as the SME for Workday Finance, including General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Fixed Assets, and Financial Close.
• Manage and develop a team of Accounting Systems Analysts with performance reviews and accountability.
• Partner with stakeholders to analyze problems, gather requirements, and deliver scalable Workday Finance solutions.
• Oversee development of business requirements, functional specs, test plans, and training docs.
• Troubleshoot system issues and coordinate resolutions with IT or Workday.
• Monitor interfaces, integrations, and data flows between Workday Finance and other systems.
• Support automation and improvements within Workday; lead upgrades and new module implementations.
