Job summary

Primient seeks a Principal, Digital Delivery – Workday to lead delivery, support and continuous improvement of Workday solutions enabling key business processes. You will partner with business and technology stakeholders to translate needs into scalable solutions, lead enhancements and integrations, and ensure reliable delivery across the Workday landscape.

You will act as a strategic partner and Workday SME, guiding design decisions, managing cross-functional delivery, and aligning priorities

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Technology, Computer Science, Management, or a related field.
5–7 years of IT experience with hands-on or functional Workday experience.
Experience with SAP FICO or Finance-related integrations is preferred but Workday expertise is primary.

Responsibilities

Own and advance the Workday portfolio including delivery, enhancements and integrations.
Serve as strategic partner and Workday SME advising on process design and solution options.
Lead cross-functional delivery coordinating stakeholders, IT teams, vendors and partners.
Manage roadmaps, governance, timelines, dependencies and documentation.
Identify opportunities to improve processes, automation, and user experience.
Oversee testing, validation, documentation, approvals and change management.
