Job summary

Primient is seeking a Principal, Digital Delivery – Workday to lead delivery, support, and continuous improvement of Workday solutions across business processes. This role partners with stakeholders to translate needs into scalable solutions, drive enhancements and integrations, and ensure reliable delivery across the Workday landscape.

Experience with SAP FICO is preferred, but Workday expertise is primary.

Qualifications

Strong knowledge of Workday and enterprise application delivery.
Knowledge of HR and Finance processes.
SAP FICO or Finance integrations is a plus.
Experience with cross-functional delivery and governance.

Responsibilities

Own and advance the Workday portfolio across delivery, enhancements, integrations.
Advise stakeholders on process design and solution options.
Coordinate cross-functional delivery with IT, vendors, and partners.
Develop and maintain solution roadmaps and governance.
Engage stakeholders with updates and manage expectations.
Identify opportunities to improve processes, automation, and UX.
Oversee testing, validation, and change management for releases.
Support budgeting, forecasting, and cost tracking for initiatives.
