Primient seeks a Principal, Digital Delivery – Workday to lead the delivery, support, and continuous improvement of Workday solutions across HR and Finance. You will partner with business and technology stakeholders to translate needs into scalable solutions, drive enhancements and integrations, and ensure reliable delivery across the Workday landscape.

Experience with SAP FICO is preferred; strong Workday expertise is required.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Technology, Computer Science, Management, or a related field required.
• 5–7 years of overall IT experience required.
• 5+ years of functional systems experience required.
• 5+ years of project, product, or delivery management experience required.
• Strong hands‑on or functional experience with Workday required.

Responsabilidades

• Lead delivery, enhancements, and integrations across Workday HCM and Financials, ensuring alignment with business priorities and timelines.
• Architect scalable solutions across Workday, SAP, and adjacent platforms.
• Drive cross‑functional delivery by coordinating stakeholders, IT teams, and partners.
• Identify transformation opportunities and apply AI to accelerate delivery and automate processes.
• Manage roadmaps, governance, and change control for Workday initiatives.
