Job summary

Primient is seeking a Principal, Digital Delivery – Workday to lead the delivery, support, and continuous improvement of Workday solutions across HR and Finance. You will partner with business and technology stakeholders to translate needs into scalable system designs and drive initiatives with cross-functional teams.

You bring 5–7 years of IT and 5+ years of Workday experience, with SAP FICO knowledge preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Technology, Computer Science, Management, or related field.
• 5–7 years of IT experience.
• Strong Workday expertise required.
• Experience leading cross-functional delivery teams preferred.
• Finance systems knowledge a plus (SAP FICO).

Responsibilities

• Lead delivery, enhancements, and integrations across Workday HCM and Financials.
• Architect scalable Workday solutions and guide technical decisions.
• Coordinate stakeholders, IT teams, vendors, and partners.
• Mentor delivery teams and build capability.
• Manage roadmaps, governance, and change control.
