Strong Workday knowledge across Financial Management and Supply Chain Management with deep area expertise.
Hands-on experience leading Workday assessments, optimization, and post-production projects.
Broad technical understanding of integrations, data, reporting, security, and platform capabilities.
Experience defining project approaches and estimates with presales and delivery teams.
Executive presence with sound judgment; travel ability as required.

Responsibilities

Lead Workday consulting work as senior functional lead on assessments and post-production projects.
Monitor scope, schedule, budget, quality, risk, and client satisfaction with project leaders.
Translate finance, procurement, and supply chain priorities into practical Workday recommendations.
Identify implications across business process configuration, integrations, data, reporting, security, and platform capabilities.
Support presales scoping with delivery assumptions and work effort estimates.
