Job summary

Cognizant Workday practice is seeking a Workday Consulting Intern for the summer of 2027. You will contribute to delivering HR and Finance solutions on Workday while gaining hands-on data analysis and process optimization experience.

You will collaborate with seasoned consultants, apply AI-driven tools, and participate in client engagements and thought leadership content. This 9-week, onsite internship starts in June 2027 in Plano, TX.

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in a bachelor's degree program in Business, HR, IT, or related fields and eligible for internships within 12 months prior to graduation date.
• Strong creative and analytical problem-solving skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities, with demonstrated teamwork and leadership capabilities.
• Strong interest in technology, digital transformation, and enterprise solutions.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Visio, Access, Project).

Responsibilities

• Build foundational knowledge of Workday technology and industry best practices, and apply it to analyze issues, conduct research, and support testing.
• Analyze market trends and client challenges to generate actionable insights and strategic recommendations.
• Collaborate with team members to design, present, and implement technology-driven solutions, and support go-to-market initiatives.
• Apply AI-driven tools and technologies to enhance data analysis and address client and internal business challenges.
• Contribute to deliverables and thought leadership content, and participate in team meetings and brainstorming sessions.
