Cognizant is recruiting for a Workday Consulting Intern for the summer of 2027. You will contribute to delivering HR and Finance technology solutions on Workday while gaining hands-on data analysis, process optimization, and client engagement experience.

The role involves building knowledge of Workday, analyzing trends, collaborating with consultants, and applying AI-driven tools to enhance data analysis and solution delivery.

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in a bachelor's degree program in Business, HR, CS, or IS and eligible for internships within 12 months of graduation.
• Strong creative and analytical problem-solving skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities with teamwork and leadership capabilities.
• Strong interest in technology, digital transformation, and enterprise solutions.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Visio, Access, Project).

Responsibilities

• Build foundational knowledge of Workday technology and industry best practices and apply it to analyze issues, research, and testing support.
• Analyze market trends and client challenges to generate actionable insights and strategies.
• Collaborate with team members to design, present, and implement technology-driven solutions and support go-to-market initiatives.
• Apply AI-driven tools to enhance data analysis and address client and internal challenges.
• Contribute to deliverables and thought leadership content and join team meetings.
