Job summary

Cognizant Workday is recruiting for the summer 2027 internship. The Workday Consulting Intern supports delivery of HR and Finance technology solutions, gaining hands-on experience in data analysis, process optimization, and client engagements.

You will work with seasoned consultants and subject matter experts, applying AI-driven tools to enhance analysis, collaborate on technology-driven solutions, and contribute to client deliverables and thought leadership content.

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in a bachelor's degree program in Business, Finance, HR, CS or IS and eligible for internships within 12 months prior to graduation.
• Strong creative and analytical problem-solving skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities with demonstrated teamwork and leadership.
• Strong interest in technology, digital transformation and enterprise solutions.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Visio, Access, Project).

Responsibilities

• Build foundational knowledge of Workday technology and industry best practices and apply it to analyze issues.
• Analyze market trends and client challenges to generate actionable insights.
• Collaborate with team to design, present and implement technology-driven solutions.
• Apply AI-powered tools to enhance data analysis and address client challenges.
• Contribute to deliverables and participate in team meetings and brainstorming sessions.
