Cognizant Workday Practice in Plano, Texas, is offering a summer internship for 2027. You will contribute to HR and Finance technology work on the Workday platform, gaining hands-on experience in data analysis, process optimization, and client engagements.

As a Workday Consulting Intern, you’ll collaborate with seasoned consultants, apply AI-powered tools to enhance analysis, and support deliverables and thought leadership while developing consulting skills for a global firm.

Formación

• Currently enrolled in a bachelor's program in Business, HR, CS, or IS and eligible for internships within 12 months of graduation.
• Strong creative and analytical problem-solving skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with teamwork and leadership capabilities.

Responsabilidades

• Build foundational knowledge of Workday technology and apply it to analyze issues, conduct research, and support testing.
• Analyze market trends and client challenges to generate actionable insights and strategic recommendations.
• Collaborate with team members to design, present, and implement technology-driven solutions, and support go-to-market initiatives.
• Apply AI-driven tools and technologies to enhance data analysis and address client and internal business challenges.
• Contribute to deliverables and thought leadership content, and participate in team meetings and brainstorming sessions.
